Where do you get your supplies from?
Wholesalers, trade shows, even eBay for difficult to find pieces, and Etsy. I have a few core suppliers, but I tend to keep my eyes open for new ones, especially if they have unique pieces. I'm also hoping to go on a buying trip to India or Sri-Lanka soon.

My name is Nicola, and I'm the main designer and craftsperson at JewelleryDragon. JewelleryDragon is dedicated to creating unique pieces of quality jewellery. In this blog, I'm aiming to share some of the secrets of JewelleryDragon, inspirations, my personal jewellery collection, and anything else I think a fellow jewellery-holic would enjoy! As each piece has their own story, I hope you will enjoy reading this blog, and perhaps find something wonderful for that special person in your life.

Inspiration for pieces explained
Simplicity Pearl Earrings
These pearls were so amazing all I could do was to add them to a simple drop. They are very classic, and gorgeous to wear.

Inspiration for pieces explained
Coin Bracelet and necklace
This is inspired by Gypsy jewellery, but for my version I used smaller 'coins' which are really just circles with patterned edges. I decided to make the necklace and bracelet different as I'm not a big fan of completely matching sets, I like it when they have similar detail, but not identical. In the bracelet the coins are each added to the bracelet chain with a small link, where as the necklace includes the coin on the links of the necklace itself.
