I really wanted to create a special range of jewellery, and the most precious gems available were the obvious choice. However, as I wanted to create an affordable range, I wanted to distribute the stones within the pieces, while still giving them the maximum impact. This was partially inspired by some incredible 'triangular' stones I had found, that I wanted to use in a special a piece as possible.
These became earrings in the Oh My! range. Because of the high-sparkle impact of the stones, and the refractive qualities, it takes the yellow of the sapphires and really emphasises them to the max. As these rock crystals very small, and have highly cut edges, they would be uncomfortable to wear in a necklace, but are perfect in earrings.
Stunning, and very exiting! Next step, diamonds :)

This was partially inspired by these incredible 'triangular' stones I found, I really wanted to use them with something special. Because of the high-sparkle impact of the stones, and the refractive qualities, it takes the emeralds and really emphasises them to the max.
I decided not to create a matching necklace, as the rock crystals are very small, and have highly cut edges, making them perhaps uncomfortable to wear in a necklace, but perfect in earrings. Stunning, and very exiting!
